A very busy week for many of you, with the JR5K final on Thursday, Ekiden yesterday (see separate posts for both), a Friday night Club Champs race and the Race for Business in Chelmsford (not covered here, as not open to all/no results available)
Great Bentley Friday Night 5
This was a Club Champs race, and one of a series of Friday night races held across Suffolk/Essex. Some great results, on a very hot evening, with Owen Dare breaking his own V60 club record.

Billericay 10k
Only a trio of runners at this 10k. Not surprising with everything else going on, but very well done to Sean Darney, who bagged a PB and 3rd in his age category.

Essex Way Ultra
Like the forthcoming multi-stage relay across Essex, but all 82 miles in one go.
Matt Jordan took on the solo trek, finishing in an impressive 4th place, in 15:39:13
Well done to all who ran, whether it was once, or multiple times. Please do all put your feet up for a week now 🙂
