Virtual Essex Way Relay September

20 August 2020 - By Bill Smythe

This year the Essex Way relay will be a virtual run through September. This is a 10 leg relay from Epping to Harwich crossing our lovely countryside.  The relay is made up of 10 stages of various distances.  See below. You can run your leg at any time in September and once completed send me evidence of your time (make run a race in Strava) and once all legs are complete results will be sent through to the race organiser.   The Essex Way is a fantastic scenic route and follows fairly well defined paths. The course is not marshalled but instructions are available from the Essex Way website. A recce of the route is recommended.
