Becky Grimwood, an experienced and valued member of our coaching team, has very kindly provided us with a guide so that we can perform our usual stretch routine.
This is particularly useful in current times of virtual training but will remain on the site permanantly as this is a very usefel tool that can be referred back to at any point.
