Whilst I have been looking into training with the menstrual cycle and the menopause, I’ve come across some articles that I’d like to share which some of you may find useful.

It goes without saying that Dr Stacy Sims really does have some sound advice and her book “Roar” is certainly worth a read. Drinking a cool drink half an hour before training and then again after, certainty helps keep my temperature down whilst having one of those joyous shot sweats! It’s not perfect, but does help.
