Thursday’s Session – Thanks from The Coaches

It was fantastic to see 42 of you at tonight’s 400 metre Reducing Recoveries Session at Eastways.

In addition to thanking so many of you for turning out a special thankyou from Becky and I  to those of you in each of the 7 Groups who regulated the recovery times something that would have proved to be a challenge too great for the two of us I suggest!
