SPEED DEVELOPMENT: Pyramid Hills Thursday 9th 7.30pm

For this week’s session we will meet at the bottom of Highfields Road, by Asda.
This is a new session for us, Pyramid Hills. Efforts will be 3 sets of: 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 60 seconds, 30 seconds.
Efforts will be up Spa Road, with recoveries all the way back to our start point.
Pace: suggest somewhere between 5k and 10k pace. And be mindful not to overdo it if you have races this coming weekend.
Recoveries: suggest walk, then into gentle jog back to start point.
Aim is to maintain even pace through each of the efforts.
Graham and I look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
