Phil’s Charity Massage – Thursday 19th November

Phil Johnson, known to many at WRC as the man who repairs us and puts us back on the road, is offering a 10/15 minute leg massage session in which he asks for any donation however small to Prostrate Cancer.

Phil will be setting his couch up at Witham Leisure Centre in the room upstairs where we meet on Thursday 19th November from 7pm. He will be there until 9.15 so those who wish to do the session can pop in either before or after.

Alternatively if you are not planning on running why not pop down and get those tired legs sorted out and all for a good cause.

If you wish to come along please let me know via contact us and I will try and manage his diary so he doesn’t get 30 people turn up at 7!!
