May Day 5 volunteers

Firstly the biggest of thank you’s to everyone who has come forward to help with May Day 5 which is just 10 days away! I have now sent e-mails to everybody who I have on my list as having volunteered. These e-mails set out the role you have been allocated, and the details of what time you will need to arrive at etc.

If you think you have volunteered and I haven’t contacted you, please let me know as there might be an issue with the e-mail address I have used. There are still a few ‘nice to have’ roles I could fill with more helpers so do come forward!

We obviously want to make this race go as well as possible, and show off the best of our club – that we are friendly, supportive of all, and enthusiastic about running. Therefore I don’t doubt you will all show off these qualities in abundance before, during and after the race.
