This month’s congratulations are given to Sian Tate for CMOTM for May! For coming back from Lake Garda just 5 weeks previously, to achieving a huge PB at Halstead, whilst battling through the heat (again) to achieve it. Through sheer determination to have the run of her life and complete a sub 5 marathon that we all knew was well within her reach, Sian undertook hours of training, whilst balancing life and all its ups and downs and we are so incredibly proud of her. Not only that but then she went and got a 5k PB on none other than the John Roberts 5k route just 10 days later. Definitely going from strength to strength! Well done, Sian!

We also had the following nominees for May, great work all!

• Steven Alder – For the hard work put into organising and making the MD10 the success that it was!
• Will Radley – For an amazing month of running – Will came 2nd in Halstead Marathon, 2nd in MayDay 10, and 3rd at HBO 10k.
• Vicki Riley – for finishing as first lady at The Maldon Mud Race.
