Crown to Crown Results

Whilst a number of our runners in marathon training mode took advantage of the long weekend to tackle their final long run before tapering, a trio represented WRC at the Crown to Crown 5k race hosted by Pitsea Running club over in Langdon Hills on Good Friday. I understand there’s a nice downhill start but a bit of a sting in the tail with an uphill finish.

Leo Cole was our first runner home in 19.42, followed by Andrew Lager in 21.00 and Bill Smythe in 22.23. Well done lads!
