JR 5k Series 2024 – Race 1 – Results

These posts usually start with a thank you to our volunteers, and tonight they start with an even bigger one. Tonight really solidified how amazing our club is at coming together.

A huge thank you to DJ and Steven for coming to rescue the set up kit from my car, the massive group of people that pitched in to help set up (DJ, Steven, James A, Leanne, Beth, Will and anyone else I missed), to Karen, Liz S, Will R and Steven for giving up their runs and registering and timing the race.

Thanks to Ann Johnson, Glen Waller, Shane Ketteridge, Beth Shippey, Claudia Baba, Dean Whittaker, Kerry Townsend, Sarah Naughton, Simon Scott, and Graham Eyre for keeping all our runners safe as marshals.

Finally, thanks to Beth for running the results up to my house so I can do this post!!
