Tuesday 9:30+ running groups – Messing around on hills

Hi everyone

I’m not going to lie to you – this week there will be hills – but what goes up must come down, so let’s just say it undulates.

We have two options:
• The 5.3 mile loop takes you across some lovely trails through to Inworth and then down to Kelvedon before heading back up to Messing.
• The 4.5 mile loop follows the same route to Inworth but then heads up to Tiptree before bringing you back to Messing

Both routes are mostly trails with some pavements; if you have trail shoes bring them but road shoes should be fine if the weather stays dry.

We will set off from the memorial in front of the church in Messing at 6:30pm – the closest local parking is street parking on Kelvedon Road, The Street and School Road, if you are able and happy to car share please do, Messing is a small village and we should be considerate of the local residents.
