Ellisons Solicitors XC League – Race 4

Our 4th race in the Ellisons XC League is Sunday, February 9th at Abbey Fields, Colchester, CO2 7GN – our hosts are Colchester Harriers.

The race starts at 10.45 am – 3 laps, approx 5 miles on a firm, fast course.

Full details can be found here but just a few points to note:

The small free car-park will fill up quickly so allow time to park in one of the alternative public car parks.

We are now in the second half of the series, currently lying in 5th place, so we need as many runners as possible to take part to keep the club in Pool A.

As Peter McHugh told us at the marathon seminar, XC is an ideal supplement to your spring marathon training so if you can, please try to build it into your schedule.
