Programming a workout on Garmin

Using the Garmin connect phone app –




If you click on the step itself – eg the ‘run 1 mi’ blue segment above – you will be able to set a time, pace, or distance target.
For the purpose of Thursday, you need to set a time for the rep – eg 5,4,3,2 or 1 min and a pace target IF you want to.
You then save it, send it your watch and sync it. Check it before the session.

Please note: you do not have to set paces, just be aware whether to go fast or slow if that’s easier.
