VETs Runners needed for Essex XC Champs 1st December

The Essex Vets Cross Country Championships will be held on 1st December 2018 and we currently need more Ladies (35 and over) & Men (40 and over).  Please see details below of venue and times:

St Helena School, Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3LE

The race will be on Hilly Fields Country Park, opposite the school.

Race 5 = 11:15am M50 & W35 – 8k – age on 1st December 2018

Race 6 = 12:00pm M40 – 8k – age on 1st December 2018
