The final update following the Wix 5 race has been posted. There will not be a further update until the awards dinner in early 2019.

There are plenty of opportunities still to earn points:-

• Races – Stebbing/Hadleigh 10
• Cross Country – 3 NESS fixtures
• Volunteering – BD5 and Notley XC fixture
