Essex XC relay recce

I am doing a recce of the Essex XC relay course on bank holiday Monday with the host club, Halstead Road Runners.

If you  would like to join us, we are meeting at the new pavilion in Gosfield School grounds at 9.20am

We will run the 5k course at 8-8.30 pace and again around 10am at 9.00+ pace (feel free to run it twice if you want to)

Please note there will be no changing or toilet facilities available.
