Pub runs- The Swan, Rayne.

25 July 2018 - By Stewart Waller

Looking more like they had come straight out of the shower rather than back from a run those members who turned up at The Swan in Rayne experienced what was probably the hottest pub run of the summer so far. A venue new to us attracted another good turnout and it was pleasing that 25 stayed for food and many more for drinks at this ‘good value’ pub. The shade in the large garden was a welcome refuge after completing the route plotted by our club champion Heydon Mizen (but where was he?) which, together with the large car park, makes this a location worthy of a return next year.
Next week marks a return to what has become another favourite pub – The Monkey in Terling (CM3 2PW) where, hopefully, conditions maybe a bit less severe.
See you there.
