I’m only aware of one race this weekend, which was the Clacton Half & 10k.

 

As I was there, I can confirm that it was hot, even though we weren’t quite in the heatwave conditions of recent weeks. There wasn’t much sea breeze to speak of, although other than that a lovely race.

Despite not really being PB conditions, Stephen Boxall managed to get both a PB and a top 10 finish – well done Stephen!  Well done also to DJ and Ross for their age group podiums.

Shane Ketteridge was the only one to take on the half this year, which he completed in 02:26:13. Well done Shane!
