Triathlon Results 4th & 12th July Holkham and Rippon

Stuart Mills was competing at the Outlaw Holkham Gravel Sprint triathlon. This is a traffic-free, off-road triathlon held at the Holkham Hall estate in North Norfolk. The event consists of a 750m swim in the lake, a 20km off-road bike course, and a 5km run & is a realtively new addition to the outlaw races. Stuart finished 5th out of 20 in his age group in a time of 1.27.29, splits below

The following weekend Anita Grainger headed up north to Rippon in the Yorkshire Dales to compete in the Sprint Triathlon as part of the Rippon Triathlon Festival located at Rippon Racecourse organised by the Brownlee foundation with special appearance from Alistair in the sprint. A 2027 European Championship Qualifier race. The 750m open water swim takes place in the lake by the race track, before heading out onto local undulating roads (23.76km) and finishing with a tow path run (4.4km ) along the stunning Ripon waterways. Anita had a solid performance , suprised it was a wetsuit swim and finished 7th out of 22nd in her age group in a time of 1.34.43 with potential qualification for Kitzbuhel in June 2027, splits below.
