There are/will be separate posts for the JR5k and Ekiden results, but there was still plenty of action elsewhere!

Harwich 5K Race 4

Dawn Shilling ran her fourth race (of 5) in the Harwich 5K series on Tuesday, finishing in 29:50 (age converted to 28:17).

Adam Hocken also ran his 4th of 5 so far, finishing in 24:36 (19:47 converted).

Chris Pugh also ran in race 4, finishing in 17:53, which converts to 17:01 by whatever magic formula HRR apply. Seriously, if anyone knows, please tell me!

Dawn is still 2nd overall in the ladies table, with one race to go, and Adam is 9th in the mens’ table.

JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, Battersea Park

Anita Grainger took part in the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge at Battersea Park on Thursday 2 July, completing the 5.6km in 32:01 among a huge field of around 30,000 runners.

Some great results, with a PB, and 2 age group podiums. DJ also set a new MV70 club record and achieved a gold standard time – well done DJ!
