Great Limerick Run  (Marathon)

A fantastic day for James & Sian in Limerick, Ireland, which hosts the biggest mass participation event outside of Dublin.

• James achieved a 17 minute PB and his elusive sub-4, with a time of 3:58:05
• Sian achieved a 24 minute PB of 4:21:44

Great running, both!

 

May Day 10

While our high-viz army were out in force, putting on our usual great event, a few members managed to volunteer and race:

Milton Keynes Marathon

Stamatios Katsimis ran the Milton Keynes marathon, achieving a PB of 3:25:27 – great work Stam!

 

Milton Keynes Rocket 5k

Giles Sowerby lived up to the name of the “Rocket 5k” with a PB time of 17:28. This was 34 seconds off his previous best, and 2^nd MV45. Well done!

 

Harwich 5k Series

Dawn Shilling attended race 1 of this handicap 5k series. Her time of 30:50, converted into an “age related” time of 29:14, scored her 4^th place via the (“secret algorithm”) handicap system – well done, Dawn!
