Fortunately for me, there were only a few results this weekend, as I forgot what day it was and have only just thought to look!

 

Gosfield Backyard Ultra

Saturday saw the second running of the relatively new Gosfield Backyard Ultra, where the aim is to complete as many 4.1 mile laps as you can, every hour, until you can’t.

James Blackshaw completed 12 laps for a total distance of 50 miles, and Harry Solomon completed 16 laps and 66.67 miles.

Fantastic efforts from both!

 

Holbrook Quarter Marathon

Terry Alabaster was our sole representative at this MEC event, and he came in first place in a time of 53:21. Well done Terry!

 

Matterhorn Ultraks Extreme

Our resident mountain goat was in action in this Merrell Skyrunner event. With a climb of over 3000 metres over a 26k distance, Matt Jordan completed this incredibly challenging course in 7:20:19.
