Rickstones School Track Speed Development 12/6/25, 7.30pm

This week we’ll be headed to Rickstones School Grass athletics track.

For those of you who have done sessions here before over the last four years or so, you will know that the coaches like to keep the session details as a surprise.

It won’t be a programmable session for your watch, it’s one for the lap button.

Make sure you bug spray up, head to the entrance by the tennis courts where Graham and I will lead you through the warm up at 7.30pm

You’ll be able to use the track beforehand for your warm ups.
