A nice mix of events this weekend:

Southend 10K

A flat, traffic-free out-and-back 10K along Southend seafront, this is a Club Champs fixture, so quite a light turnout. We had 2 PBs, a course PB, an age-group podium, and a dislocated finger!

Cardiff Half Marathon

One of the Super Halfs series, we had three runners in Cardiff (not bad going, considering how popular this one is!). Well done, all!

Harwich Half Marathon

A coastal half marathon through the streets and promenade of Harwich, raising funds for St Helena Hospice. Ross was our only rep at this one, but he bagged an age group podium – well done Ross!

Toppesfield Tens – 10 Mile

A, self-navigation, Essex Trail Events race from The Green Man in Toppesfield. Runners follow written instructions over an approximately 10-mile rural route, with no course markings or marshals.
