Time to get back on track – August sessions @ Tabor, Braintree!

In the run up to the autumn race campaign, starting with Langham on 10th September, Martyn has kindly agreed to run some sessions specifically focused on your 10k aspirations (as well as complementing any you have for the half at Pleshey, and 10 miler at Tiptree later on)
We’re running 4 sessions at the following date and times:-
- Sat 12th – 09:00hrs
- Sat 19th – 09:00hrs
- Sat 26th – 09:00hrs
- Fri 1st Sept – 19:00hrs (to accommodate those of us doing the Essex Way Relay and Harlow 10 miler on the 3rd)
With summer holiday’s under way, if you can’t make them all, you’ll certainly gain some benefits from whichever ones you can make.
The format will be around 1-1.5 hours split into 5 segments – warm-up, drills, main session, warm-down and static stretches, and they will build each week to help deliver you in peak condition for your taper the week before Langham.
Given we have over 40 club members entered in Langham, and more entries than any other club, we’re expecting a great turnout and raft of PBs following these sessions.
We’ll be posting the actual sessions a couple of days before each date on the website and Facebook as before.
