Saturday Track Session at Braintree (21st May)

After a well earned break from the Saturday track sessions, we are back!!
This week we will be doing an intensive speed session which will consist of 300m reps. One group will be doing 3x(5x300m) reps with 100m recovery between each rep and a timed recovery between each set. The other group will be doing 3x(3x300m) reps with 100m recovery between each rep and a timed recovery between each set.
As always, bring plenty of water/hydration fluids/energy drinks, etc for the session along with change of clothes or waterproofs (if needed).
Please arrive for 8:50am so that we can start the warm-up promptly at 9am.
