January’s Training Schedule

The planned sessions for January are as follows:

Thursday 7th January – Hill Session with Alex
Thursday 14th January – 2nd Winter 5K with Marc
Thursday 21st January – Fartlek with Rach
Thursday 28th January – Maldon hills with Dave

As always, any volunteers who are willing to help marshall at the 5K are always needed. Without them, the 5K would not be able to take place so please contact Marc if you are able to help.

On behalf of the coaching team, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!! We look forward to seeing many of you at the BD5.
