Alton Water – Pre Christmas Run

Several of us are heading down the A12 on Sunday 20th December for our annual Pre-Christmas Party at AW!

On offer a hearty breakfast and copious amounts of tea and coffee but first it’s either one lap or two of the picturesque reservoir on a 7. 5mile traffic free pathway.

Last year we had 24 in attendance so this year it would be good to beat that number. An ideal run as build up to Benfleet or a final long run for those tackling the Flitch Way Marathon on New Years Day?

We plan to start from the car park at 9am so it would be an 8.15 departure from Witham.

With the new website due for launch next week it could be a first use of the new chatroom facility in co-ordinating lifts?
