Hockley Woods Parkrun – Graingers on Tour

The Grainger family headed off to check out Hockley Woods Parkrun this morning, what a fabulous parkrun!

The entire course is run through the woods on trail and woodland path with a real sense of getting away from it all. There’s a short walk to the start form the car park , the briefings all take place next to the car park and finish area, then everyone is walked down to the start together getting a taste of one of the downhill sections.

The course is a scenic undulating course & I recommend it for anyone who likes parkrun, trails and great for cross country practice with an uphill finish.
