WRC Dinner and Dance 12th February

Hi all,

The dinner and dance is fast approaching and we now have the venue confirmed as Rivenhall Oaks Pavilion Witham CM8 2PS. It is from 7pm and carriages at Midnight.

The cost of the evening is £40 for members and £45 for non members. I know this an increase from previous years but due to Covid, all of hospitality has been hit.

Tickets are now for sale on the ‘Pay for an Event’ section of the members area of the website. Please pay by Friday 28th January (last Friday of the month) due to getting menu choices in and the costs for the venue covered.

The menu can be viewed here. Please submit your choices once you have bought your tickets. It has vegan and GF options but please let us know if you are GF on the menu choices and of any other allergies so we can let the venue know.

*Please be aware that in the event of you being unable to attend due to testing positive for Covid 19, you will be honoured a full refund. However, we ask for proof of this on the day with your lateral flow test and PCR result.

*If you are unable to attend for any other reasons, you will be unable to get a refund.

I hope you understand this decision as we need to cover the cost of the venue.

I hope you can all make it! In the event of not being enough people to attend, we will look to rearrange for another date in March.
