Ingatestone 5

Great day for WRC at the Ingatestone 5 race (also a club champs race). Heydon Mizon was 2nd V40, and Angela Wray was first female Ingatestonian. The ladies team came 3rd overall, and the men’s team came 4th. Good work all.

Ipswich Half Marathon

Ross Silverton was in Ipswich for this half, and finished in 2:16:46, coming 4th in his category.

 

Thaxted Trail Half Marathon

Andrew read was at the Essex Trail Event’s event (event), and completed the half marathon course in 2:50:31

 

Ultra X England

Tom Warman took on this 50k ultra in the Peak District, with over 6000ft of elevation, and he finished in 8:09:15, coming 129th.
