New forest 50k

This past Saturday 19th March I ran in the new forest 50k. With most of these off road races to get the distance exact is very difficult, this being the case here. The actual distance was exactly half a mile longer coming in at 31.75 miles.

The course was 3 laps along mainly bridle ways and stony tracks. Luckily this time no mud.

I managed to finish in 5.25.22.
