If you didn’t get into Langham 10k but still want to run the distance then how about entering a trail run next Sunday?

Starting from 10.30 at AFC Barnston, High Easter Road, CM6 1LZ is the ‘Last of the Summer Whine’ organised by Howard Jardine of Grange Farm and Dunmow Runners.

Low key, good fun and a nice way to explore the footpaths around the Essex countryside.
