Forwarded from an email from MS-UK:

I’m writing to you from MS-UK a national charity that provides professional, high quality services to support people living with multiple sclerosis (MS). Multiple sclerosis is a chronic condition which affects the central nervous system. Approximately 100,000 people in the UK are affected by MS with 100 people diagnosed every week. There is currently no cure for this disabling condition. We are based in Colchester.

I was wondering whether you would share this event in your running club? The British 10k is on the 9th July 2017. MS-UK currently have a number of gold bond places available for this event.

Join 25,000 pairs of feet as they pound the streets of one of the world’s most iconic capital cities. We can’t guarantee the weather but we can guarantee an amazing atmosphere provided by the cheering thousands who will line the route.

Being part of the MS-UK team isn’t just about running. It’s about helping us to continue our vital work supporting anyone affected by multiple sclerosis. From support and encouragement to chip timing, we make sure you have everything you need to run a great race, for a great cause. The closing date for signing up is the 26th June and the minimum fundraising target is £200.
