Ilford AC 10 mile cross country race

The annual Ilford 10 mile XC race will take place on Saturday, December 30th.

Starting and finishing in Hainault forest, this is a 3 lap undulating route comprising of both grassland and tracks so not suitable for spikes.

Start time: 10.30am

Venue: Hainault Forest Country Park, Lambourne Road, Chigwell Row,  IG7  6ET

Entry fee: £7 for affiliated runners or £9 on the day
