If you are marshalling at the BD5 on Boxing Day then this is a low key, but very well organised event on December 27th. It is held at Hainault Forest, hosted by Ilford AC, and is a run of 3 laps. There will be (lots of) mud and hills but as part of the run is on concrete tracks, spikes are not advisable.
