Essex Road Relays 19th March – Lady Runner Needed

Unfortunately the Ladies Open team have lost a runner for the upcoming road relays at Harwich, please let me know if anyone is interested in taking their place. The runner can be any age in the Open group.

The team consists of 3 people each running a 5k leg. It’s great fun with lots of support from WRC and is a good way to dust off the cobwebs. We have 6 teams entered in total. There’s also a café close by for a cuppa afterwards.

    Yes you do need to be affiliated. The meet is at 9:30 in Harwich.
