Please car share where possible as parking is very limited. Also, just a gentle reminder not to wear your spikes in the sports hall – clean or otherwise. We have just got this venue back and it will be a shame to lose it again

We are still top of Pool B – let’s keep the momentum going with a strong turnout from all our runners. If you need any persuasion, think cake. We now have a cake rota so your efforts will be rewarded!!
