Tuesday Group Leaders

We will be bringing back group leaders from this week, 31st Jan and will need one volunteer per group. The group leaders’ main role is to ensure that everyone who left with the group also returns and no one gets left behind. They also help maintain the group pace and remind the group about turnbacks.

Quick overview.

Volunteer
Count number in group leaving
Count number in group on return (number should match)
Point of contact if anyone wants to drop back to a slower group or catch up with a faster group
Point of contact if someone joins your group from another group
Maintain group pace and remind group to do turn backs as required
Point of contact if anyone gets injured, which should be reported to Welfare rep.
