Track Session – Record Turnout

Firstly it was great to see 16 of you at this morning’s session and many thanks to Becky for imparting some technical tips fresh from her Level 2 Course last week.

Apologies I was unaware that Essex Schools had their Annual Sports Day on the track although the planned sprint/technical routine worked just as well around the astra surface.

Some great work today and I look forward to seeing you next week but on the track!
