Thank you to all who made the BD5 a success

We had a fantastic race with lots of positive comments in particular for Ann on the bike for her encouragement.
Without the participation of the membership we cannot put on races like this on. So we should take great pride in the collective achievement of organising this race successfully.
There are too many people to single out for thanks, but I would be remiss in not give special thanks to my wife who is the real organiser in the relationship.
Out of a max of 500 entries we sold 488 of which 406 actually ran with no reported injuries.

My brother and nephew enjoyed the race and were impressed with the efficiency of the baggage storage. Peter said all the marshals were very friendly. He thought that Heydon was fantastic as the pud with his encouragement to everyone & enjoyed ‘beating the pud’ 🙂
