Save the date for Ekiden 2023

The 2023 Ekiden will be taking place on Sunday 23rd July!
The event is still being organised and full details will be shared nearer the time, but for those who don’t know, Ekiden is a relay style event which involves each team of 6 people taking on legs of different lengths which add up to a marathon. One runner will tackle 7.2km, three will complete a 5km leg and two will take on 10km legs.
This is the write-up for the 2022 Ekiden if you’re still undecided, but it is honestly such a fun day out with loads of black & gold vests in attendance.

Hi Geoff, there is, initial details are on the FB event, did you receive this? We will also be posting on the site closer to getting further details from those interested to put together teams. But I’ll also make a note of your name now as well!
