Saturday’s Track Session – 9am Braintree Leisure Panfield Lane

This week’s session is time based, and sees a return of my whistle(!), and in view of the predicted summer temperatures are a couple of  Pyramids.

Segment one of circa 20 minutes is 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 minute with a 1 minute recovery between each.

Following a 3 minute liquid break segment 2 will be 1/2/3/2/1 but with reducing recoveries of 75/60/45/30 seconds.

This week I have a lovely assistant who will also be filming technique which can be sent to you after.

For those doing HBO and wishing to attend no more than 75% should suffice which will still be beneficial together with two quality sleeps.

Please bring liquid refreshment and something to put on after,  and a towel may help the cool down process. Shades and sun cream may also be wise!

Please pay at reception and make your way out to the track and commence a warm up.
