This week we welcome our Intro to Club Running course members! Please as always give them a warm welcome.

If you know anyone who has fallen off the wagon a bit with running, feel free to drop them a message as this course can also be attended by current members who may be struggling to find their mojo for running.

Please continue to wear your head torches/high viz.

Remember we are representing the club in our training gear etc. So let’s look as well prepared as we could do in attending these runs and let’s make sure we can all be seen in the dark.
