Pub runs – Prince of Wales

10 May 2017 - By Stewart Waller

There were plenty of medals in evidence at our run from The Prince of Wales on Tuesday evening. It’s a pity that there were not a few more staff in evidence at the pub to match! Good pub with decent food – when you got it! Anyway, it was still a great evening with a huge turnout of members 34 of whom stayed on for dinner.

Next week we are at The Old Crown in Messing village (CO5 9TN) which has always been a very popular venue for WRC. The run takes in part of the Tiptree 10 route and The Old Crown is famous for its food and service. The only draw back is the parking – or lack of it – so it really is a good idea to car share if you can.

As usual order and pay for food as soon as you arrive.

See you there.
