Pub runs – The Green Dragon, Gt Leighs.

The latter end of the holiday season is obviously taking its toll. On the hottest evening of the summer there was a reasonably good turn out for our penultimate pub run but only 22 stayed on for food plus a few more for drinks. This compares to 46 staying for food the first time we ran from the Dragon.

Next week is the final summer pub run (how quickly they have gone) from The Willows in Cressing. Always popular it is hoped to see you there but be warned – I expect the chairman will want to get everyone away promptly in view of reduced daylight so don’t be late and remember the hi-viz!

In the meantime don’t forget the club bbq this Saturday.
