Pub runs – The Compasses, Littley Green.

It was probably a combination of the HBO 10K the day before, it being a bank holiday weekend with people still away and the same venue twice within a month that gave us our smallest attendance so far this pub run season.

Those that did turn up enjoyed another ‘sticky’ evenings run around the quiet lanes that this area offers and a welcome drink in the pub afterwards although, I understand, only 10 stayed for food.

Next Tuesday more quiet lanes (hopefully) when we will setting off from The Swan in Little Totham, (CM9 8LB). Regulars will know that this is another pub with limited car parking and as its beer festival starts the following Friday the field may not be available so car share if you can.
