Of course you are, it’s the long awaited return of NESS Cross Country!

What;
A run in the mud with your club mates!

What to wear;
You MUST have a Witham Race top to be included in the results as a WRC runner, if you don’t have one, make sure to reach out, there are spares floating about in Witham wardrobes you could borrow!

When & Where;
Springfield Striders are hosting the first race in this league on Sunday 7th November. The junior race will be at 10am and the senior race at 10:45am

The venue is Writtle University, Lordship Road, Chelmsford  Essex CM1 3RR

Most importantly of course.. it’s Spice week for this years Bake Off XC style, though note that the hosts are unable to offer Tea & Coffee, so I’d recommend a flask for post race cake accompaniments.
