JR Summer 5k Race 2 Results – 01/06/17

Many thanks to all those who took part in the 2nd race of this year’s series. We had 39 runners tempted by the good weather and 31 of us staying after for food with a few more stopping for a drink.

Of those that I know about we had Dawn Shilling, Danny Connor, Lee Blake, Tanya Nash, and James Crisp all achieving PBs – well done to you and any others I’ve missed.

Congratulations also to Rachel Sweatt who has taken the female course record, good effort!

There a few dodgy times in the list, which will no doubt be scrutinised by the handicap setting committee. There is no escaping the algorithms!

Thank you again to all the marshals, time keepers, and signage engineers! (Marc, Liz, Martyn, Sasha, Theresa, Martina, Colesy, Norma, Simon, DJ, Karen, and Annie).
